What is It

I have dry skin and this primer felt so hydrating on my skin and really lightweight

I have very dry skin and tends to gets oily with certain primers. This one works great. It goes on nice and is non-greasy when it dries. My skin also does not breakout from using it! It's a great makeup base and also hydrates nicely!
