Do I need to apply hyaluronic serum on damp skin?

The most important step after serum application is to apply a good moisturiser which has good emollients to ensure no transepidermal water loss. Why/how it has that really sticky texture?

The thicker / stickier consistency is due to hyaluronic acid which has thickening properties. Due to the high percentage of hyaluronic acid used in our serum, this results in a thin gel like consistency.
