Subscription Terms & Conditions (UK)
1. Subscription Service By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive and be charged for a recurring order from The Beauty Crop. Your subscription will continue automatically until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
2. Subscription Start Date Your subscription will begin on the day your first order is successfully processed.
3. Billing and Renewal Subscription payments are taken automatically at the start of each monthly cycle and cover the next order. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are charged at the same time as your subscription payment unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on your delivery location. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Dispatch Timing Subscriptions are processed through our warehouse after payment is successfully taken and may take up to 7 working days to dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, and periods of high demand.
6. Combined Orders If you purchase additional products together with your subscription, all items will be dispatched together unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next monthly payment is taken to prevent further charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your account terms.
8. Your Cancellation Rights You should be able to cancel as easily as you signed up, including online where the subscription was purchased. Any notice period required for cancellation will be reasonable and clearly explained to you before purchase.
9. Refunds Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed or dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Failed Payments If we are unable to collect your subscription or shipping payment, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully received. You remain responsible for keeping your payment details current and valid.
11. Changes to the Box We may update the contents, packaging, or product format of subscription items from time to time. Any material changes to pricing, renewal terms, or cancellation rights will be communicated to you in advance where required by law.
12. Consumer Information Before subscribing, you should be clearly informed that the service is a recurring subscription, including the price, renewal timing, and how to cancel. We will send renewal reminders or other service communications in accordance with applicable law.
13. Returns
Unopened, unwanted subscription items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To arrange a return, you must contact hello@thebeautycrop.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
14. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with your subscription will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
