Shipping policy
OUR DELIVERY CHARGES & POLICY
We deliver within the UK, selected EU destinations, Australia (DAP) and the US mainland. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using tracked services. Expedited Delivery is not available during peak periods.
All orders shipped to Europe which are below EUR 150 are inclusive of duties and tax. If the order exceeds this amount, duties may apply and paid at checkout.
- Processing & Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
- We aim to fulfil orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day*.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday*.
- Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
* Please note during busier periods processing might take up to 3 business days.

- Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days, including Saturdays**
- Expedited Delivery: next working day, including Saturdays**

Please note that all orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customs authority in your country may contact you directly to collect these fees.
- In some cases, the carrier may pay these charges upfront and invoice you, sometimes with an additional handling fee.
- If the fees are refused or not paid, the parcel may be returned to us or, in rare cases, destroyed by customs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these charges.
