Shipping policy

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES & POLICY

We deliver within the UK, and provide international shipping through Global-e. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using tracked services. Expedited Delivery is not available during peak periods.

  • Processing & Shipping
    • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
    • We aim to fulfil orders within 1 business day. Orders received before 5 pm will be dispatched the same day*.
    • Orders received after 5 pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday*.
    • Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

* Please note during busier periods processing might take up to 3 business days.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Address

    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if the order is successfully delivered to the address entered.

    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to sender, a refund can only be processed once the item has been received back at our warehouse. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable. If free delivery was applied, the delivery charge for the service selected at checkout will be deducted from the refund total.
