At The Beauty Crop, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
We happily accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered, but due to hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
To be eligible, all returned items must be in a resellable condition:
Unopened, with original product packaging and hygiene seals fully intact.
If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and we must receive the return within 14 days of that notification.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Important:
We cannot accept or refund opened or used products. If a used item is returned, we are unable to reship or refund it.

Your order number
Full name
Shipping address
Reason for return
Our Customer Care Team will confirm your return and provide the appropriate return address. Please include a note inside the parcel with your order number, full name, and shipping address to help us process your return quickly.
We recommend sending your item using a tracked service and retaining the proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@thebeautycrop.com within 14 days of delivery.
To assist you quickly, please include the following in your email:
Your order number
Photos of: the damaged/faulty item, inside packaging, outer packaging, and shipping label
A close-up photo or video showing the issue (if applicable)
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We offer refunds only for eligible returns — we do not offer replacements or exchanges.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned items, provided they meet the return criteria.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund confirmation will be sent by email.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds typically appear immediately.
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for any products. Our policy is refund-only for eligible, unopened, and unused items returned within the timeframe.

Before ordering, we recommend using our “Find Your Shade” quiz and signing up with your email. This helps us track your selected shade and provide accurate support.
If you used the Shade Match Finder and the shade you received isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@thebeautycrop.com within 15 days of purchase. Our team will offer personalised advice to help you find a better match.
While we do not offer replacements or exchanges, customers who used the Shade Match Finder may be eligible for a one-time voucher toward an alternative shade.
Please note: This is a one-time offer per customer. If an incorrect shade is purchased again, unfortunately, no further vouchers will be issued.
For the purposes of this Policy:
“Resale” means the sale, distribution, or supply of The Beauty Crop products to third parties, whether for profit or otherwise.
“Authorised Sellers” means third parties who have entered into a written contract or agreement with The Beauty Crop permitting them to sell or distribute our products.
“Unauthorised Resale” means any resale or distribution of The Beauty Crop products by any person or entity without such written authorisation.
The resale of The Beauty Crop products is strictly prohibited unless you are an Authorised Seller. We do not permit the unauthorised sale, distribution, or supply of our products through any channel, including but not limited to online marketplaces, third-party retailers, or physical locations.
Any unauthorised resale or distribution may harm our brand reputation and consumer trust. Such actions are considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate legal action.
If you engage in unauthorised resale, you acknowledge and agree that The Beauty Crop may pursue all available legal remedies against you, including but not limited to:
Injunctions to prevent further unauthorised sales
Claims for damages for loss suffered
Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable
The Beauty Crop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order without prior notice if we reasonably suspect:
The order is placed for the purpose of unauthorised resale or distribution
The order is fraudulent or associated with suspicious activity
The order involves bulk purchases inconsistent with typical personal use
In such cases, any payment made will be refunded promptly, less any applicable deductions as permitted by law. The customer acknowledges and agrees that no further liability shall attach to The Beauty Crop in relation to such cancellations.
By placing an order with The Beauty Crop, you represent and warrant that:
Your purchase is for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution without prior written consent
You will not attempt to sell or distribute our products without entering into a formal agreement with The Beauty Crop
The Beauty Crop actively monitors sales channels and marketplaces to identify unauthorised sales of its products. We cooperate with legal authorities and platform administrators to enforce this policy.
