Harry Styles Summer Bag Giveaway Terms & Conditions

    1. Promoter
      This prize draw is operated by The Beauty Crop (“The Beauty Crop”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
    2. Eligibility
      The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. Employees of The Beauty Crop, its affiliates, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
    3. Promotion Period
      The promotion will run from 21st May 2026 until 11:59pm BST on 26th June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
    4. How to Enter
      Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every purchase of The Beauty Crop Summer Bag 2026 made via:

    Each qualifying Summer Bag purchased counts as one separate entry. Multiple purchases = multiple entries.

    1. Prize
      One winner will receive:
    • Two (2) tickets to see Harry Styles live at Wembley Stadium, London on 1/7/2026.
    • Ticket type: Pitch Standing.
    • Access for the winner and guest to an exclusive pre-show “Get Ready With Us” event hosted by The Beauty Crop at a nearby location before the concert.
    1. Pre “Get Ready With Us” Event
      The prize includes access to a pre-event experience hosted by The Beauty Crop prior to the concert. The location, timings, entry details, and any event-specific requirements will be communicated directly to the winner nearer the event date. The Beauty Crop reserves the right to amend the format, timing, or location of the pre-event experience where reasonably necessary.
    2. Venue Restrictions
      The following venue age restrictions apply:
    • No under 14s are permitted on the pitch.
    • Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
    • No children aged 4 and under are permitted in the stadium.

    The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they comply with all venue entry requirements.

    1. Winner Selection & Contact
      The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

    The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided with their order or free entry submission. The winner must respond within 48 hours of first contact confirming acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, The Beauty Crop reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

    The Beauty Crop may announce the winner publicly on its official social media channels.

    In accordance with UK advertising and promotional regulations, the surname and county of the winner may be made available upon request. Any requests for winner information should be submitted to squad@thebeautycrop.com within 30 days of the closing date.

    1. Prize Conditions
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative.
    • Tickets must not be resold, auctioned, or transferred for commercial gain once the winner has been announced.
    • Any attempted resale may result in the tickets being voided.
    • Travel, accommodation, food, beverages, insurance, and any additional expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
    1. If Winner Cannot Attend
      If the selected winner is unable to attend the event or no longer wishes to accept the prize, The Beauty Crop reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
    2. Refund Policy
      Customers retain their normal UK statutory rights.

    Refund requests may still be submitted within 14 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer laws and The Beauty Crop’s standard returns policy. Customers should contact customer care at hello@thebeautycrop.com to discuss any refund requests further.

    Once the prize draw has been conducted and the winner announced, entries already used within the giveaway may no longer be eligible for cancellation from the promotion.

    1. Fraudulent or Invalid Entries
      The Beauty Crop reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of:
    • fraudulent activity,
    • bulk buying for resale purposes,
    • manipulation of the promotion,
    • or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    1. Liability
      The Beauty Crop accepts no responsibility for:
    • incomplete or lost entries,
    • technical issues,
    • ticket/event cancellations,
    • venue changes,
    • artist changes,
    • delays,
    • or circumstances affecting either the concert or pre-event experience outside of its reasonable control.

    If the concert is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the organiser or artist, The Beauty Crop shall not be responsible for providing an alternative prize or compensation unless required by law.

      This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harry Styles, Wembley Stadium, Ticketmaster, TikTok, Instagram, or any affiliated entities.
    2. Data Protection
      Personal information provided as part of this promotion will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with The Beauty Crop’s Privacy Policy.
    3. General
      By entering this promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions alongside all existing purchase, delivery, and website terms applicable to orders placed with The Beauty Crop.

    Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects the entrant’s statutory rights.

      The Beauty Crop reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

      These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
