TikTok Live Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all giveaways hosted by The Beauty Crop Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) during our TikTok Live sessions. By participating in any giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Eligibility

1.1. Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Participants must be residents of UK.
1.3. Participants must ensure that their TikTok direct message settings allow us to send them a message, so that we can contact them if they win.
1.4. Participants must be following our official TikTok account @thebeautycrop and must be present during the live session at the time of the draw.
1.5. Employees of The Beauty Crop Limited, their immediate families, and persons professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible.

 

 

2. How to Enter

A. Hourly Random Gift Giveaway

2.1. During the TikTok Live event, we may select at random a user to receive a giveaway gift.
2.2. To be eligible, participants must make a minimum spend of £[X], which may vary and will be determined during the Live session.
2.3. Each qualifying order counts as one entry.

B. Extra Bag Giveaway

2.4. We may select at random a customer who has spent a minimum of £[X], which may vary and will be determined during the Live session, to receive one (1) extra bag containing six (6) items which may vary and will be determined during the Live session and will be packed in addition to their order.
2.5. Each qualifying order counts as one entry.

 

 

3. Winner Selection

3.1. Winners will be selected at random using a method of our choosing.
3.2. Winners will be announced live during the TikTok session and may be contacted via TikTok direct message

3.3. The Beauty Crop does not have access to customers’ email addresses or phone numbers for orders placed through TikTok Shop unless the customer voluntarily includes this information in their order notes.
3.3. If a winner cannot be contacted, has not enabled message settings, or does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

 

 

4. Prizes

4.1. Prizes vary by giveaway and may include (and may vary and will be determined during the Live session):

  • A free gift

  • An additional bag of six (6) items added to the winner’s order

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

 

5. Order Requirements & Verification

5.1. A participant’s order must be successfully processed and paid to qualify.
5.2. Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders will not qualify for entry.
5.3. We reserve the right to verify order validity before confirming a winner.

 

 

6. Shipping

6.1. Giveaway items will be shipped separately from the winner’s qualifying order, please allow us up to 14 business days to process shipping.
6.2. Standard shipping terms and timelines apply.

 

 

7. Fair Play & Disqualification

7.1. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway process may result in disqualification.
7.2. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate behaviour during the Live.

 

 

8. Changes & Cancellation

8.1. We may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside our reasonable control.
8.2. Any changes will be announced during the TikTok Live or on our official TikTok account.

 

 

9. Liability

9.1. We are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, TikTok outages, or other circumstances that prevent participation.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway.

 

 

10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Entry into the giveaway constitutes consent for us to contact winners and to fulfil the prize.

 

 

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the law of England & Wales, unless otherwise required by local law.
