The Line & Peel Lip Stain has a fine silicone tip that follows your natural lip line for easy, precise definition. Let it set, then peel the whole thing off in one piece, leaving the colour exactly where you applied it.

The Plumping Gloss Stain gives a juicy, glossy finish from the first swipe, or can be wiped down for a soft matte stain. Featuring a Heat Cool Plumping Complex with Chilli Pepper Extract and Menthol, it creates a cooling sensation and helps your lips appear visibly fuller, while Squalane and Panthenol nourish and soften lips.

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES & POLICY

We deliver within the UK, and provide international shipping through Global-e. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using tracked services. Expedited Delivery is not available during peak periods and for Arran, Cumbrae, Argyll & Scottish Islands.

• Processing & Shipping: 
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
• We aim to fulfil orders within 1 business day. Orders received before 5 pm will be dispatched the same day*.
• Orders received after 5 pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday*.
• Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

* Please note during busier periods processing might take up to 3 business days.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if the order is successfully delivered to the address entered.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to sender, a refund can only be processed once the item has been received back at our warehouse. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable. If free delivery was applied, the delivery charge for the service selected at checkout will be deducted from the refund total.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier.

In any case, any issues relating to non-delivery must be reported within 30 days from the date of dispatch. This is in line with applicable consumer protection legislation and allows us to effectively investigate and resolve any delivery issues with our shipping partners.

Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or process claims for non-delivery that are raised after this 30-day period.
